I'll bite.......If ever I thought a President would wish to use His influence to lift up and help a group that was down and out, I thought it would be Obama and Chicago for the reason it is HIS town and He of all Leaders should be able to directly relate to the majority suffering there. Typically when I see social media comments with “all black,” “murder,” and “Chicago” all together, it’s usually a dog whistle for certain communities. I’m not a gear head so this was unknown to me.
