I'm just a little nervous about doing the install with the new TSS sensor. Any issues with that?
How are the 275/70/17s fitting with your KDSS rig? Any rubbing? Fender liner mod required?
No problem with TSS if you order those two parts. The new garnish has a 1/4” notch around the TSS sensor and doesn’t touch it. It also helps you align it straight so it’s a win-win! The hard part is getting your upper grille off. Watch a couple videos on heritage grille replacements and you’ll see it just needs a little more force than you would comfortably apply to a brand new car haha. It just pops straight out. There are actually a few tabs in the upper grille that you push on to make it come out a little easier.
The 275/70/17s are running great. Minor drop in MPG. I have noticed a couple times where it rubs ever so slightly when turned at full clock but only when she leans to the side a lot due to speed weight or angle of the turn. So if I pull into a parking spot quickly, it might rub for a split second. I’ve been running them for about a month now and the rub is so minor I haven’t done the fender liner mod yet, but one day I’ll get some time to do it. Looks dead simple to do. I plan on a 2” lift so it may not be needed.

The Gray Wheels on either Silver or MGM looks amazing. The Venture package has those but it makes more sense to just add them to the ORP like you did.

That’s my plan, too. I’m guessing you went w/o KDSS, or did you cut that TRD skid plate?
Did it take long to get the 2020 heritage grille and garnish?

I bought the Tyger steps off Amazon. Very reasonable, great build quality and easy to install. Eventually I plan on getting sliders, but there’s a lead time on them and I felt compelled to protect my new ride from door dings haha. No regrets buying these steps.
The valances required me to remove both front and rear bumpers. I figured I’d do the grille and valance at the same time with the bumper off. Valance replacement was super easy.. it’s just clips. Taking off the bumper requires a few extra steps with the TSS disconnect but overall it wasn’t very difficult. YouTube videos helped for sure.

No KDSS here. The grille and garnish was a pretty straightforward install but it was easier with the bumper off. I’ve read in the Chinese grille thread that the radiator bracket needs to be replaced. I can tell you that if you buy the ORM parts you won’t have any issues with the bracket.
It took me 5 hours to remove both bumpers, replace the valances and grille. I’m not the fastest when it comes to these things though. I wasn’t in a hurry!

I went with the 6112’s in front and 5100’s in the back. Icon springs. Stock UCAs. I didn’t have to do a body mount chop, just pushed the fender linings forward. I’m really happy with the height and the ride is awesome.
Lots of tire choices out there but I ended up with the Toyo Open Country AT IIs.

You will re-use the upper grille bracket that you already have. That’s the big problem with the aftermarket parts for <=2019. The two part numbers listed are the only parts needed for this mod.
