Hey, new to the forum. Just picked up my new Venture Edition in Super White to replace my 06 sport. Wondering what other people have paid for theirs? Hoping I got a square deal!

To encourage discussion, you should start by saying the price that you paid. For the record, I didn’t get the Venture trim. 2019 Off-Road Premium in Barcelona Red with no extras for $34k

I paid 46.5k for mine in midnight black with KO2s, Bilstein 5100s, Predator Steps, Tint.

All those packages are rip off. Buy strip down and get those components way less. Bought my wife 2020 OR for way under invoice and made quick updates
- blackout emblems $140
- New TRD wheels $600 (BTW you get some $ back from old wheels)
- Black valences $300 (got 180 back for silver the truck came with)
- TRD Pro front Toyota grill upgrade - $100 for Chinese version
- Predator Steps for $150 from CL
- Roof basket - Yakima which is the same what Toyota puts on for $100 from CL

Then some additional updates that Toyota doesn't offer like LED conversion of all lights.

Suddenly you have a trail version for way less.

430 page thread with all of your pricing question needs: How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

(also what dealer package is a venture, those side steps and that basket?)

It's not a dealer package, it's an actual Toyota package.

And yes....side steps, roof basket, TRD wheels, black door handles.

All for the cool tune of $4k. Buying the Venture package is inherently throwing money away because the package itself is ~$1,500 retail at most.

ahaha, it's a toyota package, look at this ridiculousness:

Dang! You got a great deal. I paid 37k for the same one, but not a premium. Did have 1k of optional equipment though.

Just curious for that price why did you not buy a Pro?

In Seattle all the Pros are going for 51k. I had 3 dealers I was working with and by the time I got to each of them, people had put deposits on them sight unseen. I wanted to drive one back to back with other versions before making my decision. Also, I didn’t like the roof basket system on the Pro

Yeah I do agree with you I do not like the Pro rack. I removed mine and put a set of black rails on mine. I don’t plan on selling it right away. Not sure if I will. This is just me not knocking the venture but if your able to get the Pro if someone is to buy one that’s the way to go. If you plan on leaving it stock like me the resale is crazy. No other 4runner will touch the trade in value like the Pro. I got almost what I paid for my 17 Pro. I compared what I would have got for Off road same mileage and year it was thousands less. But I’m about numbers.
