Were there two different gray (grayish) interiors offered on 3rd Generation 4Runners? I've seen what I would call the standard gray interior, but I don't ever remember seeing an interior with this much blue in it.

I agree with that. A truck that clean would be hard for me to use like it's supposed to be used.

I am pretty sure 2001 was the year that they switched from Moon Mist to Gray for the interior.

Pretty cool seeing that much rare kit on one truck, not even just the S/C with TRD Gauge and Sport Hood, I mean more like the PP Valance, Q-Logic Kick Panels, Alpine C701 EQ and D310 Flipout DVD player, JL StealthBox and I don't even know what those plastic door jamb covers that match the sill plates are, but I want a set!

I think we are the few who are actually understanding this. I love the throwback to it. Did you notice the steering wheel? I'm not a fan of the wood or having two types of materials on a steering wheel, but the original owner states that it he had it customized to that material and also made it thicker. The door jamb covers are still available IIRC. Take a look at Autoanything or somewhere similar. This thing is awesome.

Yea I noticed the steering wheel, I figured it was from another Toyota, since I'm guessing the Tundra 17's were probably bought back in the early 2000's, but that's pretty cool that the owner had it re-wrapped, I'm not a huge fan of the wood, but it shows the attention to detail that went into building and maintaining this runner, most people would just see the price tag on a 97 SR5, and click away, but I see it as more than just a car, this was really the owner's pride and joy, no expenses were spared (That $7000 sound system really was $7000), and there were no compromises.

If i won the lotto and money suddenly became no object, I still wouldn't buy it. Mostly personal preference though. Don't like the blue, don't like the wood grain. And it's been built extensively, but not to the purposes i would build for, so to get any utility out of it, I would have to retune his build completely, which would negate a lot of the POs effort.
Props to the guy for a sweet build, even if it's nothing like I'd want in a build.

Despite whatever money the original owner sunk into this truck (7k stereo...etc), I'm curious what everyone thinks is a realistic price for that vehicle given it's condition. Not what you would pay—but what you would sell it for if it were yours.

If it was mine I would sell it for the 8-9k range. Most people that are looking to buy 4runners are looking for 99+ and e lockers which this one does not have.

If I was going to sell it and I was around here (Seattle), I'd probably shoot for the stars and go for over $10k for it.
If I were buying it, not a penny over $5k. Bottom line is it's a 17+ year old vehicle from the NE. Look at that engine bay. It might look super clean, but you can see how much rust is there.

Realistically, I'd sell the truck for around 9K and sell the stereo seperately for somewhere in the 2k-2500 range.

Yep that's where I saw it at a lot in Woodinville so that must be it. Must be cool having such a low mile 3rd Gen.
