265/70 18 with a DS Spacer lift?

I have been looking, but couldn't find anything. Has anybody with the DS installed 265/70 18's? I am debating between those and the usual 265/65 18's. The shop is going to have both for me to look at, but really wanted to see a pic of the 265/70 18's if possible. Thanks in advance.

A guy I work with is running that combo although he did cut away much of his front bumper. Looks pretty sweet!
