265/70r17 too small with 3 inch lift?

i really like my 265/70/17s on my 3" lift. Only at certain angles it looks possibly small but after wheeling this weekend and messing with it, i dont want to go bigger or i would have blown off the flares.

You actually took that clean, immaculate, looking rig of your wheeling, OMG, now he is going to be hooked and it will never going to look the same.:jk:

Serious there, glad to hear your taking some risks now and enjoying the ride for what it was made for.

:focus: As far as going bigger than the 265/70/17, you tend to have to start with other mods and removal of wheel well area as you go bigger. Just to prevent of damage, rubbing, ect.

All depends on wheel width/offset.

Do you all think putting a daystar leveling 2.5/1.5 spacer with stock wheels, make the wheels look too small? I just bought new tires and realized after i bought them i shoulda bought bigger wheels.

This is a straight on shot's of the tire to wheel well. All other shots are on un level ground. Send me a Ib of angles and height position of camera and will get you them on level ground for you.

That's all subjective. I don't think it looks too small, nor was I ever told it did. 3 inch lift with 265/70/17

Update: Decided to go with a BFG AT TA/KO in the 275/70r17 variety.

Like the title says, is this tire size going to look too small with a lift?

I was planning on OME 884-885 in the front and superflex in the rear with 5100's all around, but I'm stuck on what tire to get. I definitely don't want to get 285's, my mileage is bad as it is.

I was thinking either a 265/70 A/T, a 275/70 A/T, or a 255/75 A/T. I don't need the tire to fill up the wheel well but I definitely don't want it too look to small.

I had the 265's on for a few days when I was waiting on my 33's to come in. I thought it looked pretty goofy with a 3 inch lift. Even with the tires spaced out.
