285/70/17 2" 5100 lift?

Post was going the other day with thoughts on this set up, but seems to be deleted or gone.

Kracker had a post when he did 285/70s with a 2" lift on factory 5th SR5 wheels with no rub. Wanted to see any other input from others and ideas?

Lift setup:
881 OME with 5100s on the 3rd ring
906 OME with 5100 on the rear

If i raise the front to the top ring of the 5100s then my rear will then be lower than the front, just add a 1" spacer to the rear to off set it? Not sure how it will ride with the 5100s max out in the front with the 881s, and then the 906s with a .5" spacer in the rear.

I just swapped to T1s and 5100s in front from a crap lift the PO put on.
On 285/70/17 for the time being and though i dont know offset(lower than factory for sure), it rubs a bit at full lock until i trim for it. Im confident that if i was closer to stock offset it would all clear and maybe even a bit lower.

How much lift did the T1s give you? I am thinking of goingwith the stock TRD wheels which I believe are a +12mm offset (factory). Those wheels with the 285/70 should be ok Im guessing but would like some insight from others if so.

What is your rear set up?

In short, i don't know haha

Bought it lifted but the front had cheapo spacers and crap struts with balljoints just waiting to let go. It sits about the same height as that with the T1s and they claim 3" which i have no reason to discount that so we'll say 3ish inches.

rear is some grey spring(guessing LC of some sort) and cheapo shocks that i'll get to soonish.

Guy was a bit scattered apparently as he lost some crucial parts but held on to some useless things as well and seemed to buy the cheapest parts possible.

Gotcha, got added UCAs/diff drop/pan bar drop backet im guessing? These are things Im guessing i will need to complete if I get into the 3" category

I did not make the jump to UCAs just yet, already had the OE UBJs to put it so i went ahead and used em on factory arms. I did do the diff drop and noticed a little difference there for sure, though, my inner boots were already split just from me driving it about 200 miles since the motor rebuild.

As for the panhard bar, i haven't done anything but I'm just now looking into addressing the rear end. The PO did nothing and though the rear end isn't noticeably off center, you can definitely feel the effects that i've read about. probably do the eimkeith brackets that mtbtim did a vid on once I'm settled out west.

On my 8" wide wheels with 0 offset (4.5" Backspace), with ~1.75" of lift up front, I have pounded the pinch weld, trimmed much of the mudflap and plastic, and have an aftermarket bumper.

Still, I sometimes rub on the driver side frame at full left lock during normal street driving. With my front sway bar disconnected, my right tire rubs on the forward part of the wheel well that covers the washer fluid bottle, also at full-lock to the left. Offroad, I dont have too many issues except when the right front is compressed and Im turning relatively hard to the left. However, much of that goes away if I reconnect the front sway bar because articulation is much more limited.

Went ahead and bit the bullet and got it all ordered yesterday, found another member to run the same set up with no rub (other than the 3rd gen lean he admitted to not fixing just yet) Talked to wheelers again and they advised i more than likely will be good. 5100s on 3rd clip, 881s up front does anyone know the true offset of the wheel? 2018 TRD prod wheel, i think my only issue maybe rub on control arm

Just threw them on, they fit with zero rub at full lock. I plan to off-road this weekend to see how it does at flex on the front, the rear it ticks
