285's on a 2/1.5 spacer lift picture

I posted a pic of my 2010 SR5 about a month ago to show everyone on this forum a nice, subtle lift. Since then, I have upgraded my tires to the 285/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. This set up is EXACTLY what I was looking for - meaner looking, but not over the top since I still use this for my work vehicle. Works great for mild offroading = beach...mountain trails...etc. Anyway, I had only minimal rubbing on the front fender (barely hear it)...nothing on the rear. So, I just unscrewed the two bottom screws that hold in the fender...pushed it forward...and tightened the screws. Problem solved! So here is a picture for you all - I am sure there are plenty interested in this setup and this could help. I couldnt find any solid pics when I was researching myself. Eventually I will upgrade to adjustable shocks down the road, but for now - the toytec spacers do the job and the handling still feels great...slightly stiffer ride, but barely noticeable. The price was right too - only $180 for the 4 spacers and simple install for any shop (or yourself if you know the ropes). Hope this helps!

This is exactly what I want to do. Thanks for the post. Did you install yourself or have a shop do it? if so, what did the shop charge you?

could you shoot a pic from the front? I am interested to see the wider stance, if any.

I will get more pics tomorrow...does have a wider stance. I had my shop install it - $350 for the install and they aligned, etc.

No issues and rides well...a little stiff sometimes going over big bumps, but that is to be expected!

Forgive the dumb question, why do people run the spidertrax? would the tires rub without?
