2nd gen suspension lift

I have a 91 4runner and im looking into putting a 2'' suspension lift one it. the only catch, im strapped for cash haha. so does anyone have any ideas on a cheap way to do this?

Find a set of springs or spacers for the rear, then get 1.5" ball joint spacers for the front then crank torsion bars as a last resort to level it.
