3.4l coolant leak above transmission

Hey guys I'm new to the 4runner forums. I had a couple of questions. I have 98 3.4l. There's was a coolant leak above the transmission. I check out some posting on here forums and it Identify the problem for me. I had did a block leak test and no blown head gasket. But found that a tube in the middle of top block shooting out coolant. Any know where I can find the part? Is it dealer only or autozone or something with have it.

take the tube out and match the size at a auto parts store, they will have it for sure, dealer will want A LOT just for that
