3" front level

So I level my runner 2 weeks ago and I never got the alignment done because it wasn't pulling. I planned on doing it but haven't had time yet. Will it harm anything in the mean time? The tires are toed in a good bit.

3" in the front or just leveled (1")?

I drove my truck lifted 1" in the front ("leveled") for a couple months or so without an alignment and noticed the outside of my front tires wore quite a bit from slow speed turning in parking lots I assume.

I did a true 3" level kit on the front. It is now level front to back 21 3/4 front and back. From center of the rim on a flat surface. I haven't noticed any wear on tires or pulling but I noticed a toe on the tires inward so I will go get the alignment next week when I get some free time from work. Thanks for the reply.
