3 orange dash lights

Thoughts on this? There is not a check engine light.

Will it pull up on the scanner?

You need get an ABS capable scantool as those DTCs are more than likely stored in the ABS Module.

By the way what year 4Runner do you have? Did you have to jump start it recently, what happened before the lights set?

I replaced a bunch of crap this weekend because a diff seal recently went, CV boots had a couple cracks leaking grease and of course 2x frozen camber/caster bolts... So I put in: 2x axle/diff seals, 2x steering knuckle/axle seals, 2x cv axles, 4x lower control arm bushings, 4x caster/camber bolts...

After sitting for 3 days, I had to jump it because it wouldn't turn over. It was only half dead, but not enough amperage to crank the motor.

Lights go are off at a restart and then when I reach 35-40mph, the dash lights up.

It's very possible that you stretched/damaged the ABS signal wires coming off of your spindles, when you were doing the suspension work. I did the very same thing last year when I was installing my spacer kit and got the exact same warning lights.

The 2003-2005 are very susceptible to voltage changes. So needless to say when ever the battery is drained/jumped you will need to reset the zero-point-calibration (ZPC). ZPC Procedure from Toyota - Page 7 forward

As [MENTION=89791]preacher35[/MENTION] mentioned stretching the sensor wire is super common too.
