I get just over 19 in the city.
My commute is a decent portion of interstate but I rarely idle in traffic. I don't see much better mileage than that on the highway.
Lately, I've been coasting on hills and being gentle on the throttle to see if I can push the mileage a bit. My truck is all stock with recent replacement of shocks (springs are original), clutch, water pump, timing belt and tires are Michelin MS with about 15K on them. I have a 1998, 4WD, 5 speed with the V6.
