33's with 2inch lift?

Hey i got some bfg 33 12.5 r 15 tires i want to put on my runner. I know its going to require a lift. I dont want to lift it too much. Will a 2inch lift be enough? Its going to be for road use mostly. Pictures? Thanks everyone!

They'll fit with out a lift but they'll rub. They'll fit with a 2" lift but they'll rub, just not as much. The width is going to be a bigger problem than the height.

Ive heard to trim and hammer the inside of the fender or something like that. Will that help with the rubbing?

With a 12.5" wide tire your biggest issue is going to be rubbing on the Upper control arm. With a stock wheel, this will require wheel spacers. I can see from your picture it looks like you are running some di*k cepek rims. Do you recall what the back spacing or offset is on those wheels? From what I remember they have a 0 mm offset and 4.5" of backspacing. Which is generally what is needed. With a 2" lift and those rims you should be able to run the 12.5" tires with minimal trimming/pounding to the pinch weld area. However I would suggest getting some wheel spacers just to be safe.
