3rd Gen 16 inch 5 stars with 31 inch tires and plastidip-$500-DE/PA/NJ

Just got new wheels and tires for my '00 SR5, so these are sitting in my basement collecting dust. The wheels are 16x7 with about 4.65 backspacing. The paint is chipping in some places around the outer edge (see pics), which is why I have included a Plastidip set in the "Anthracite Gray" color. Structurally all of the rims are in great shape. Tires are 265/70R16 (31 inch) BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A with about 50% tread left. Comes with lugs as well. Located in Wilmington, Delaware. Will not ship, so looking for someone local.
