3rd gen 4R FR RH Foglight pigtail harness

Looking for the wiring harness pigtail coming from front passenger side foglight. The prongs rusted out and broke off inside mine. The harness coming from truck is fine. I don't need the whole light. I just thought I would ask if anyone had something like this laying around. Im in Chicago 60622

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
