3rd Gen Body Lift?

I'm looking for a body lift for my '02 T4R and I can't find one for the life of me. Do they even make them?

I've already got 3" Revtek suspension lift on it but I want to make it taller. Should I even get the body lift?

lol ya im in the same boat. I have the OME lift but i want to make it taller too... Look at 4crawler which will also be known as Roger Brown by some ppl on the forum.

4Crawler.com main page has body lifts and several other goodies for the 3rd gens. I have the 1.5" body lift on my 02 from them. Cost about $150 total and easy install. ALso got the 1" diff drop kit from them for about $30.

I got the 1" bl on my 2000. It was easy, did it in the driveway in an afternoon.

Which 1" bodylift did you get? I have a brush guard that I like...would I need to remove it completely or would it depend on if I got the bumper brackets to move the bumper up?

Shifter Binding

For those of you with 1.5 BL and a manual tranny, was there shifter binding on the Tranny shifter or the transfer case shifter? I'm ready to pull the trigger on a 4crawler lift, but need more info on this part.

I intalled a 2" BL on mine, got it all put back together and went to back out of my garage, wouldnt go into any gears. Had to pull the plate and boot off of the shifter and just trim the metal part of the plate a bit to open up some room for the shifter to move. Took about 5 minutes with my dremel, then bolted it back on and good to go.

Thanks! Doesn't sound too difficult. I notice you have spidertrax spacers as well... Did you have rubbing issues before the BL install? Just bought 255/85/16s (which were supposed to fit) with spidertrax spacers and they rub the pinch welds horribly, which is my reasoning for the BL.

Well, I really couldnt tell you. I installed my suspension and BL's before I went with the bigger tires. Even before the spacers, running my 285/75's, I didnt have rub. I mainly put them on because they were so close to UCA I didnt want to chance it.

You bet I'm all over the BFH. Will put up new pics of my build as soon as the BL is on.
