Lift Kit, thoughts?

Looks well researched. Not sure why Monroe anything, to be fair, I'd stick with OEM or off-road speciality places. There are many

Take a look at sites like Opt Offroad, Wheelers, Toytec, etc, and for your steering rack bushings, Total Chaos if you're going to wheel it hard.
