3rd gen front bumper on 2nd gen

I tried the search feature and nothing would come up for me, my question is if a front bumper will fit from a 96 on a 92 4runner. I imagine it will not directly bolt on, but if anyone has experience in doing this and if it is worth the trouble of redoing all of the mounting points. I found a custom front bumper for 200$ and i am curios. Thanks in advance

I do know it has been done, last time I saw one was on ebay along time ago.
