3rd gen lean. Fix?

My driver front is 1.5” lower than the passenger side. 5100s same setting (3rd ring) The driver back is about 1” lower than the passenger. There has to be a fix for this, I know it leans some and can not be perfect but shouldn’t be that off

I'm guessing you've got something backwards. What springs are you running and who put them in for you? Most springs are side specific.

For example, I have Old Man Emu 2906s in the rear which are side specific. I have Tacoma springs in the front which are side specific. I have less than 1/8 of an inch of drivers side lean.

Let us know what you are running for coils. Are you sure you have them correct? I'd guess not.

Well, the 2906s are side specific and if installed correctly will not have a lean. I am not familiar with the 881s but being as they are OME I am betting they are side specific also.

I'd dig into this a little. This might be your problem. The rears are dead easy to swap, fronts might be a little more work as I think the top hats will be clocked wrong if you swap the whole strut over.

Did you notice if the 881s were labeled A and B? The 2906s are for sure.

I’ll give be wheelers a call today to see if they advise side specific for the fronts. I read the tears were and knew but neither set was labeled during install from what I can remember. Looking back at the pics I don’t see any either

Gave wheelers a call, those guys advised is not wise specific when coils and struts replaced. Only thing to have is the 1/4” spacer to the top of the coil. I purchased this and going to throw it in to see if it helps offset any. He advised there is a .5” spacer but it’s not recommended
 
The rear springs are side specific. My ome rear springs had a label on each spring indicated which side each spring went to.

They did not confirm or at least when I said I have “881s and 906s are they side specific”. I’m going to measure again tonight and report back with the difference, if so I can swap them out when my rear spacer gets in. I found the front spacer local I can get today

The rears are for sure side specific. No need to confirm further on that. One is noticeably taller by 3/8 to 1/2 an inch. Taller one goes on the drivers. I'm pretty sure you should not need any rear spacer at all.

I don't know about the fronts, can't help. Maybe you do need a front spacer, but that seems like an awfull lot of lean. Oh, just noticed you have adjustable 5100s. You don't need a front spacer either! Just adjust one side up or the other side down as you see fit. I think others have mentioned running one clip higher on one side.

This does seem like a route to go but I’ve never heard of anyone doing this. Don’t want to pull coils and breakdown adjust and reinstall and it in return be too high. Haha. I’m going to measure one more time and note measurements

I'm pretty sure I have read about people running one notch higher on the drivers. It's not me as I have the non-adjustable 4600s. Searching may yield something but I know it is hard to sort through to find what you are after.

How were the rears when you checked?
 
I had the 5 position adj 5100's both L & R were on same notch, there were no spacers or shims It sat level.
Have you looked at the top hats are springs seated correctly there?
Are lower spring perch cups on correctly?

Who assembled these units?
It is possible to have the lower perch flipped and still seat the spring.
Do both lower perchs look the same?

Both look the same and they were pre assembled
I'm understanding what you are saying and this could be true, very good call out. I will check it in the morning before my drive to work and let you know! thanks much for the help here and ideas

3rd gen is notorious for drive side lean. Even with a side specific coil. You either need to add a spacer on that side. Or lower the opposite side.

Never had that problem. SS1.2 sat level, OME 3" I have on 01 sets level.
Both are side specific.
 
I was told that my fronts from wheelers are not side specific and was recommended to do the spacer (1/4").

Sounds as you know what you have to do then.
I do know the 881 springs are the same length, OME puts the spacer between the lower perch and locating ledge on strut body for driver side.
The rear 890's were side specific, since you have about inch difference on rear
with your 906's sounds as they need swapping.
