3rd Gen part out on craigslist......should i pick it up?

So i just saw this on the local craigslist and from the sound of it he just wants it gone. Think I should pick this up or not worth it?

From the pictures looks like not much is missing. Wonder if they just pulled the engine or something. The seats alone look like they make it worth it as the pictures look like they are in awesome condition and I bet could fetch up to $300 or more. Also, it looks to have the cup holder center console in good shape and that with parking brake would probably fetch up to $150 to the right person.

looks to me like it may have been Supercharged. I only say that because it looks like there is a "Premium Fuel Only" sticker on the cluster.

That's my main issue is that I have very little room for it and don't have a lot of time to wrench or a lot of know how. So if you're headed this way it could be worth it.
