3rd gen rear custom bumper - who is making them?

Just wanting to replace my rear bumper (no spare carrier needed) with a custom metal bumper. I have a 99 4runner V6 4wd.

Rock Ware or Bruce TS bumpers?

Is there a company or individual that is making them without having the truck in their shop? And ships?

You're correct. The link I posted nearly 8 years ago no longer works. Here is an updated link to their site. Not sure if they are even still in business though.

There are a lot more bumper options out there now that weren't available 8 years ago. Check out CBI fab, Addicted Offroad, savage offroad, 4x innovations, etc.

What kind of front bumper are you running?

I'm going to say. Savage off road is probably the most versatile out of all. The swingout and all the adds on are bolt on. You can flip it to driver or passanger side. You but the bumper now, than later the swingout and other add ons.
