3rd gen rear diff parts

Anyone have any ideas where I can find individual side gears and carrier that the ring gear bolts to? I was installing a spartan locker on my 98 4Runner and discovered a chewed up side gear shaft as well as contact surface on the carrier. I’ve been looking around online and haven’t had any luck finding anything other than ring and pinions and complete third members. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried a Toyota dealer?
I mean in person at the parts desk. You'd be surprised at the obscure parts they can order.
Maybe take yours in to show him.

Or contact local offroading clubs that has members with Toyotas. Someone might have an old used diff.

I’m in a small town in NM without a dealership. I’m going to call the closest one tomorrow to see what they could find. I’ll see what i can find as far as off-road groups around here to contact thanks for the suggestions!

Maybe try East Coast Gear Supply. They might not have what you need ready to order on the site but worth a call to see what they can get.
