Did you make your snorkel? Do you get any rain water in it? I know arb is designed not to take in rain water but your scoop looks open

Yes, I designed and built the snorkel myself. It is designed such that any water that enters will be filtered out 2 drain holes at the rear of the head, so that it can not enter the down tube portion.

Im up in Chico too, for school. I should get my runner up here pretty soon and I would really like to tag along on these trips. Mine is a toned down verstion of yours downpour. My buddy also has an FJ that we wants to take out too.
