Your wheels look great? Did you sandblast them before you painted them? What kind of paint did you use?

I just ground them and used 3 coats of primer, I used flat black rustoleum enamel and white enamel on the callipers and drums. Its been 5 months now, no signs of fading or chipping at all

looks good! do you know if those wheels will clear 231mm tundra brake calipers? recently did tundra brakes on my 02 with 16's. looking at a sweet deal for those same wheels and tires but don't know if fit. thanks!

New guy here. Just got a 98 t4r limited with 177K on it. By the end of week 1, I pulled the running boards, built a sleeping platform, got a check engine light and cleared the check engine light. This should be fun:

New 3rd gen owner here! Lots of info here. Awesome rigs you guys have! It's 1997, 4x4, 5 speed, 3rz motor. It's pretty much stock as of now, just on Bilstein 4600. I'm planning on lifting 2-3". Main usage is for mild offroad trails and street. Any suggestions on what lift to go with and tire size without having to regear? Thanks!

Thought this was a pretty cool size comparison. Do not confuse my 4runner with the rocket ship behind it, they are very similarly painted I know. Behind my 4runner is a redstone rocket, the kind that launched Alan Shepard into orbit.
