3rd Gen Vibration/Brake issues

I've got a 97 SR5 2WD V6 AUTO w/15 inch factory alloys, ABS w/238K miles-Vibration is a seat of your pants vibration all the time while driving-very bad 60 MPH on up..never goes away. Replaced tires twice w/multiple balancings, New driveshaft w/joints, new rear wheel bearings plus one axle, 4 wheels of brakes (more than once). Axle housing appears good & E-brake cables free. Vibration does not transfer into steering wheel. Separate/related issue-replaced brakes twice. When new there's no pulsation..After some time (3 months 1st time, 2 wks 2nd time) I get a slight pulsation in the pedal (rear only) & then moves up front as well (steering wheel, too). If I don't work on brakes, it gets very bad. New Master, front pads, hoses, rotors, rear drums, wheel cyls, hardware and shoes. Front calipers push back in very smooth. I've seen the Haweka recommendation & will confirm w/Discount this week..after last rebalance, manager said they're as perfectly balanced as tires possibly can be. Appreciate any help

Is your cell phone vibrating in your pocket? ( jk )

Hows your engine/tranny/body mounts? What about shocks?

Also, maybe post this in the 3rd gen section? (not the 1st and 2nd gen section)
