3vz-e head torque specs

k im ready to put the heads back onto the my 3vze what is the recommended torque spec for the head studs? and should i start torquing from the the center bolt out in a criss cross pattern or outside -in criss cross pattern?

3VZ-E cylinder head bolts are reusable. To prevent unnecessary replacement of cylinder head bolts, the following procedures must be used during cylinder head installation:

Oh nice .. that crap shop not only broke both my BVSV and temp sender, but also made me go spend $60 on new head bolts ... nice.

So far I've tracked exactly $180 they made me waste.
