3VZ-E valve seals

So we have brown and gray, Ive read they are different materials. IS the squeeze on the valve stem different? My gasket set had a bunch of grays which lead to me to read up on the seals. I know the machine shop has years of experience on me and maybe there is a good reason for all browns being used.
I could use your feedback.

Check exaust seal part number. I saw that they also fit to intake, but not into 3vze. Check part number:90913-02053 it fits to in/ex in 2LT, 22r..and many more, but not into 3vze intake.
