3vze Engine Pull Help

Hey guys

I think I got everything disconnected to pull my 92 3vze short block.

A/C and PS off
Exhaust off
Trany bolt off
4 Engne mount bolts off

Just for kicks I puta jack under the tranny and lifed abut 1/4"

The tranny and engine lifted and so did the vehicle!

I thoughti wuold have lifted the engine off the mounts.

Any ideas of thoughts?

I got all the tranny bolts off--

where are the torque bolts? do they sit slightly farther back from the tranny bolts? 17mm? Tranny bolts were smaller 14mm.

How many?

Pull the 2 cast iron brackets That bolt to the bottom of the bellhousing...then remove the sheet metal that covers the bellhousing under the oil pan. There are 6 bolts that hold the flywheel to the converter.

Ok, thanks, didn't see that. I'll take a look and pull those out.
