Ok so the mettle plate between the oil pan and the block. Is that nedded? Ive seen pctures of this plate and mine seems to be different. Other plates ive seem from other 3vz's are attatched to another part of the block, like right where crank shafts is. But mine is mounted by placing the plate first and then the oil pump and then the oil pan and then screwing in the bolt. Can i just place the oil pan without this plate?
