3vze wire tuck, egr re route

Can't see anyone who's re routed the egr, but I have seen the delete. also can't find anyone who's done a wire tuck.

I did one on my old scion, and I'm going to try it on the 3vze. Found a plastic shroud near my pass side injectors was brittle and appeared to have gotten pretty hot. I have some heat reflective loom left over from the previous project.

Anyone have thoughts or ideas? Possibly a reference I didn't find through the mighty google?

I'm getting some hose to begin this tomorrow. Does anyone know if the hard lines serve any specific purpose, other then how toyota chose to organize the engine?

Hard lines are deleted, as well as heater lines that went to the back seat blower. Hose config isn't pic worthy yet. Needs tidying up.... But an improvement if you ask me

I think this is one of those things my pops would say is kinda like putting lipstick on a pig.

I would completely agree.

I spent quite a bit of time staring at the engine both sober and intoxicated, I thought I had a good idea.

So I pop the plenum off and handle the vale cover gasket. While putting it back together, I deleted the hard lines since they seemed to make everything more confusing.

After that was done I looked at the wires and the exterior of the truck and said, uhhhh, yeah I'm done here.

But the hard line delete makes the plenum removal tons easier I think. Since I will be taking it off a few more times in the near future.

But yeah, that's the extent of the dress up if you want to call it that.
