Left over parts after prolonged valve job. Please help identify 2UZ-FE 2006 V8

Long story short. Pulled heads to have them re-done. Started reinstallation, then got a family emergency that had me moving locations for about a half a year. Now I'm back and have the engine together and running fine, but have two parts left over. One looks like a critical heat shield, but can't find a spot where it would go. The other looks like it may be an oxygen wire hanger (to keep the wire from laying on a hot surface). That's only a guess.

Does anyone recognize these? Images attached.

Not sure on the smaller one but the larger heat shield appears to be the one that covers the wire loom below the driver side exhaust manifold, toward the back of the engine block. The orientation in the picture is how it would mount, with the bolt hole on the left of the pic mounting to the OEM motor mount which has a boss for it. The other bolt hole would be on the block itself, near the transmission bell housing.

I think I've pretty much confirmed that the other piece is in fact a wire holder for oxygen sensor. Saw a similar one on the other side. Impossible to get it bolted to the engine now that it's all put back together as there is like 1/4" clearance back there.
