Found this on TTORA, thought I would share with my fellow 4runner buddies. It is only for 2wd, it will not work at all on 4x4's. You can add it to a completely stock setup or a complete LT kit for even more gnarliness. It is designed for '05+ Tacos but will work on '03+ 4runners also. They wont be available until sometime in March (maybe) and will be a grand or less from what I have heard. Read below for more specs from the makers and a link to the original thread at TTORA. Oh, and yes I will be putting these on a soon as they are available with some meatty 35's!!!!!

Will any lift made for a tacoma work on a 4runner.. or is that just a one time thing??

From the knowledge that I have, basically a 4r '03+ and a taco '05+ have generally the same components when it comes to suspension and front chassis frame components. That is specific to a 2wd or 4wd. Meaning a lift for a 2wd will work on both a taco and 4r but not necessarily a 4wd or the opposite, some do, but don't take that assumption. And of course the rears are different in that a taco is a leaf spring, where as a 4r is a coil spring. I believe that the shocks are interchangeable with exception of taking weight into consideration. With your '00, nothing intended for a new gen taco or 4r will be compatible. I don't know much about the previous generation and there compatibilities. As I am aware, but I'm really not an authority. I only know what I learn from my buddy who is a very good amateur fabricator who has made his own suspension parts for his '83 yota truck. He is now in development of a LT kit for his '05 taco. My brother also has a '05 quad cab taco 4wd that we recently put DR coils, arms, and new rear leafs and shocks. I learned a bit from working on each one of these trucks, and from what I read here in the forums. Check the website wheelers in my sig out, they have a lot of lift options for sale from various vendors for all years of 4r and tacos. Ask for Jason if you want to call and ask any questions. I will be going by there shop this weekend and talking to them about this and our 4runners. I am gonna throw out the idea to them of a group buy for when they are made available to the public. So I'm thinking, anyone seriously interested in this, let me know so maybe we can negotiate something with them.

DirtJunkie, I'm gonna count you in for now. With you and a buddy of mine that has a Taco, we got three so far. If anyone else wants in, reply to this post and we can start a group buy thread after I talk to them.
