4-Runner Keyless Entry Questions? Please Help!

I have a 2002 4-Runner that was broken into last night and my spare clicker was stolen. I went to the Toyota dealership and they reprogrammed my primary clicker but the service rep wasn't 100% sure if that would disable the old program? Does anyone know? I'm worried that someone is going to have unlimited access to my car. Please help!

The dealership would have had to erase all of the remotes from the system, and then add your one good one back in.

There should be a distinct process for doing that. If the dealer isn't sure that they did it right, then I hope they didn't charge you for it, and I'd find another dealer.

once you "re-program" the remote, the others wont work. they need to all be "added" at the same time for them to work. your old (stolen) remote will not work.
i added one remote to my 4runner which made my 2 originals unusable....till i redid the process and added all 3 at the same time.
