4Hi and cener diff are working fine. Any advice on 4Lo engagement issues. I've attempted turning the wheels back and forth, ensuring I'm in neutral, and reversing and driving forward.

Could lubrication be an issue?

It's probably the tcase 4lo actuator, known issue with the 4th gens. Try switching it back and forth between 4hi and 4lo a bunch, maybe it will come unstuck. Some have had luck tapping the actuator gently with a hammer to unstick it.

If it cannot be freed by these methods, you may be looking at an expensive repair.
