I am glad someone noticed. The moderators talked about it and GatorGreg makes the final decision and he has the power to put up the 4ROTM. I notice he hasn't logged on lately, my guess is that is must be tied up and we should get a 4ROTM soon.

I also like the idea of February only having 28 days and that is why we are doing it.
