I don't think that even falls under the lemon law yet. It is a major problem but i think she is stuck with it. I would ask them to forgive the payments also until it is fixed correctly. Either way it is a S$%^&* thing. Guess she should have got the 4Runner.

Yuck...I am really not a fan of CVT transmissions....

Is it me, or does the new pathfinder look like a minivan without sliding doors?

Although to be fair, my 2013 Runner came from the factory with the Driveshaft Clunk/Thunk issue....

CORRECTION: she bought an Acura MDX

I was able to talk her out of the Pathfinder by showing her the numerous CVT complaints on Edmunds, TrueDelta, etc...

First impression was a bigger Subaru on low pros. Ether way its dam ugly with zero off road capabilities.
Worst part is manufacturers are supplying a demand for these monstrosities and it seams that's the future :tsk:
