4runner has 150,000 miles, Want to take it on 4,000 mile trip..

sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but I just just joined, I am lookin into buying a 4th gen, all I can really find in my price range are 150k miles and up.

is this a good move? I know both the v8 and the v6 are renowned for reliability but what are some issues to lookout for when purchasing a 150k and up 4th gen?

I purchased mine in 2012 with 121,000. Currently just over 200,000 and getting it its second timing belt replacement. Plan to keep it another 2-3 years, minimum.
