Hello, just picked up a 2000 limited 2wd 216,000 miles. My regular car is a subaru forester 2.5XT fun little wagon! But I will be driving this for about 4 months in orlando (I'm from washington state) then possibly looking to sell. Anyways I hope I can sell for about what I payed... Is this possible?

Yes. It's in not perfect condition but not trashed either I'd say whats expected out of 200,000 mile car. The only thing I notice is the steering wheel and wear on the seats.

When you buy from a shady dealer (assuming) at least spend $50 and have a mechanic give it a good inspection, if you're no mechanic.

They actually weren't shady. surprisingly! I know quite a bit about cars and engines I checked for the strawberry milkshake and was clear there. Everything else checked out. I'm mostly wondering what these are going for..

Toyota's hold their value really well. I bought my 2000 sr5 with 96XXX miles last year for $11,000 even. That's after talking Kendall down from $12995. Came with 12 month/12,000 mile warranty but still a little on the pricey side.
