Why wouldn't the SC woerk on the 4Runner since it's in the Tacoma and the FJ? I don't think they needed a 4runner representative since the FJ is pretty much the same.

You're wrong, RonM!! The supercharger needs a flexible front fender for it to work...ya know, like the bulging and cracking fenders found on the FJ Cruiser!

Only problem is the 4.7L often gets overlooked. I was on the TRD website recently and they don't make much as far as performance mods for the 4.7L, basically just a drop in K&N style air filter for the factory box.

I see no reason why this wouldn't work on a V6 4Runner. The only common thing I can see is they chose vehicles which are more commonly modded or may be underpowered for their size. Xb, Tacoma, and FJ are heavily modded vehicles. In fact, Toyota released the FJ and Tacoma designs to the aftermarket manufacturers a good 6 months before the public got them to insure a healthy supply of parts. Tunda and Sequoia with a 4.7L V8 may be a real dog without this extra power due to the extra weight of the vehicle.

The only mod we would need to do on the 4Runners would be to have frame rails and windshields that crack.

I would say they skipped over the 4Runner because it has a V8 option. The FJ and Tacoma, the V6 is the biggest available engine. For the Tundra, they just want to show how much potential is out there for the 5.7 and to have one bad@$$ truck.
