Just curious, where did you get your wheels powder coated? Looking to get my sport rims blacked out too and I'd need something durable since I wheel as well.

Thanks a lot! Yeah it sucked big time but definitely worth it to be where I am now with it.

I used ColorWerks Powder Coating in Centennial. Small shop but they are close to me and gave me a pretty good deal. They got super busy and took a couple days longer than originally stated but the work is quality and wheels look brand new.

Appreciate it! Yeah they did a great job building up the seats in the common sag spots too and with the warmers added I have definitely enjoyed that being out in the Rockies in winter.

They tried to do that to me when my 06 got totaled. I had just bought it 4 months before (had all the dealership pictures, etc.) and they were using V6 2WD SR5 as their comp vehicles and mine was V8 4WD Limited with almost all the available options. Their argument was "but it's the same car" and I told them that I want my money back that I overpaid because they charged me more to insure the V8 limited then they would have for a base V6 SR5 and silence lol They ended up finding some similar ones and I think I got almost $4k more.

That's insurance for ya... More than happy to take your money for years but when you need them good lord get ready for a fight and to be wasting all kinds of time.

Thanks! Let me see if I can find an itemized bill and see, I think all their labor was grouped together which would be much higher with the drawer in back being nearly all labor hours. I'll shoot you a note if I can find an accurate breakout.

I know he doesn't ship anything because the cost and risk factors are so high but if you'd pick it up I'm sure he'd be fine with that. Mine just needed to be there for the install which only took a couple of days.
