Heh, I saw this, I actually know they guys at that body shop, they do excellent work. Great guys too.

It is being painted matte avus blue, or something like that, not a Toyota color, I believe it's a BMW color.

I saw it painted before the doors were back on looked cool, but definitely a mall crawler.

Well, with everyone talking about their shock setting I of course had to go check mine. My drivers side is set to the higher setting and I have zero fender trimming that most here seem to have. I thought all Pro's were supposed to be set this way to offset battery/driver etc weight. I thought I read that somewhere. I have zero lean when sitting empty of course. At least so far. When the spacers get here Saturday I'm just going to add them and leave all else alone. I hope to only get about 1/2 inch or less added lift with these spacers.

Well, after much debate I put a deposit down on an inferno trd pro. Should have the vin early next week as its not being built info for the next couple of days. Excited to be back in a runner. Got rid of my 12 TE for a used 08 FJ and a new Forester for the wife. Love the FJ, but I need more room for 2 kiddos. Getting them in and out of car seats with those suicide doors with cars on either siDE is a huge pain in the ass.

WTB TRD Pro Suspension

Anyone here looking to sell their TRD Pro Suspension (fronts and rear)? Im not sure if this is a wise move with the risk of buying something damaged over buying new, but I figured I'd throw it out there. I'm looking to add this to my '15 TEP.

Seems strange but seems level. I might ask the dealer about it, but I'm sure I will get a dog and pony show.

Does anyone one know if the online Toyota manuals for 2015 (including the TRD Pro) are available, I'd imagine that the setting for the Bilsteins would be in there.

Couldn't help myself, I went and got a 2 day pass ($15) at the TIS site techinfo.toyota.com.

There are 2 documents that reference the TRD PRO suspension. One is a TSB about trimming the bumper (T-SB-0009-15: '15 4Runner: TRD Pro Bumper/Fender Interference) and the other is an Accessory Installation (2015 4Runner TRD Suspension Kit PTR13-89150 Rev. C) which is the install guide for the TRD PRO suspension.

No where in the suspension installation do they mention the spring perch locations for the front suspension. Looks like they come pre-assembled and are installed as delivered to port. Would like to see a document from Toyota NA for how these are actually suppose to be set up for each side of the truck. I just don't trust what dealers say.

The Taco Lean

I'm 99% sure that different drivers side setting is to offset the fact that the drivers side of the vehicle carries more weight and over time if the shocks were the exact same then the old and still present taco lean would occur and it might be or might not be exaggerated in the Pro because of the different suspension. I'm actually surprised that some here are saying that theirs is not offset from the passengers side. Interesting about the TSB for fender trimming. Glad mine got through before they started doing that at the port. I haven't noticed any rubbing at all but obviously it was happening somewhere.

my driver's side is set on the higher perch adjustment while the passenger side is on the lower setting. This is the same as every other pro I have seen. I have only heard of one person on this forum saying their passenger side was higher too. I'd be curious to hear from any other TRD Pro owners that have the passenger side on the higher perch setting too. If that is the case, then when is your build date? If a bunch of people have that, then I wonder if there was a rolling change or just a few fluke builds???

After briefly reading people's concerns about ride height, I just measured my rides height and it's the following:

35" front driver
36" front pass
37" both sides of the rear

Not sure what to look for on the shock/coil setting to see if they are on the lower or 2nd setting.

Is it the black ring that the spring is sitting on?

I'm surprised too that not only were the guys saying that their springs were both set at the same level, but that their rigs were level side to side. Maybe they have different shocks than the rest of us?

All of the pics I have seen of assembled coilovers have had the coils set high on the driver's side and the low location on the passenger's.

Yes, the black ring is the bottom coil perch. If you look at the shock body there will be a groove cut into the shock that the black ring can be moved down to if it already set in the high position.

Is anyone else having pairing issues with their iPhone 6 w/ the vehicle? My phone function isn't working and is stuck on saying its dialing someone. Entune software isn't working either, while trying to load Pandora it says tethering issue even though my phone is paired.

So far I deleted my phone out of the car and re-added it like it was new phone. The phone function is still stuck on that same "Dialing [person]"

Correct. My 2010 Limited leaned badly with a full tank, drove me nutz! Glad they are offset. Perfect sense to me.

I have both. I do get rubbing on the front inner bumper when backing up under half lock both directions.

mine has worked very good, i fact, shockingly good compared to what it was on my '12 tacoma...that thing was a mess. id say have the dealer re install your software/firmware?

Looks like my Inferno has finally been built and is sitting on a boat headed this way. Has anyone here used HeftyFabworks (HeftyFabWorks - Custom bumpers, rock sliders and more for your truck or vehicle) to upgrade their TRDP? Any pics if you did? I'm looking to have them provide the mods for mine once it arrives.
