What is the difference in stance from the TRDP to say the TEP? I have a 3rd gen I DD, and a 2015 TEP that I will probably start building on later this year. I ask because, my girlfriend and I have realized she doesn't need her Sequoia any longer. She wants something that will maintain the ability to get it off road, but also be commutable for her. I really think the Pro would suit her better since unlike me she probably will not want to stash the money away for an icon stage 7.

Love that the idiots cant even put the rear seat headrest in correctly. Literally, they are backwards! Huge TRD Pro in front and back are more than a bit much. Ughhh IMHO.

I know, I spend lots of time searching, just figured since this was a pro thread, and there were pro owners in here, making it a simple question. But since this is the response I get, I will go find it. I'll go find a pro to drive too so I can get some insight as to the difference in how they drive.

The TRD is a great option for her. After building and daily driving two jeeps, I was ready for a great DD that had off-road capability, uniqueness and that my wife would/could drive. She loves the 4Runner as do I.
Right before I left for vacation, I get an email from a Toyota Dealership in Illinois that was running a Memorial Day sale on a brand new, no option, 2016 White TRD Pro for $40,960. This is by far the best deal I have seen on the Pro's and I'm hoping to find one at the end of the year at this price point.

Not a TRD pro owner (actually own a limited). From what I've read the front is slightly higher.
Next week I should be able to answer what the difference in ride quality is as I'm removing the XREAS and installing a TRD pro suspension.

Pro has 1" front lift.
stock rear coils (no lift).

1 inch makes a difference, and I like that there's no KDSS, that's the way I got my TEP. I'm going to see if I can find her one in super white.

New to the forums but I am finally able to start on the mods after getting my TRD Pro in February this year. Had to wait 5 months for it to come in but well worth the wait and worth trading in my 2013 SR5 Premium! Now that the sliders are on the trail action can begin. Current mods in sig block below
NEXT STEPS:
- Hefty Fabworks or Shrockworks rear bumper
- Gobi Stealth, Baja or Front Runner II roof rack-
- RCI rear diff skid
- Hidden winch setup in stock bumper
- Bigger tires.. would like to stick with 17" TRD wheels so will likely go 32-33" (285/70R17); suggestions? Anyone love the Nitto Trail Grapplers?

I like the fact that the Pro also has no sunroof. I've used the sunroof on my current Sport very little and would rather have the extra head-room.

Extra structural stability is nice to have too should you flip it. AND don't have to worry about sunroof cutouts in roof racks.

Pretty sure it's one inch all around, 2 inches of extra travel and eibach coils all around.
