Nice, I probably should do that too one of these days. What about your compressor? You get that fixed?
Just wondering how you like the new clutch. We're the parts from Marlin? What issues led you to going with new hardware?
Thanks.
I love my new clutch, it's SOOOO much better. The clutch was slipping at about 3,000 rpms in all gears. With 169,000 miles on the original discs, it was time for some new hardware. All my parts were from Marlin because I wanted to do it right the first time.
Interesting. Our '00 with 160K+ has some serious clutch chatter. You are the second person I've noted who recently installed Marlin hw with positive results. My 17 yr old twin sons drive and wrench on that vehicle. I will recommend that they read your build thread.
You mentioned that the shop who installed the clutch and other parts had about five hrs in it ,correct?
Your rig is looking nice Connor.
You new Savage parts are looking good man!
I like that you took the time to paint the parts underneath it too. It looks so much cleaner that way.
Thanks! Not going to lie, I'll miss your BMW posts on Instagram...looks great Connor![]()

Just bought myself the new MacBook Pro, it's sick! My old laptop wouldn't let me boot iPhoto without crashing, so hopefully I can upload some more sick shots as well as some video footage.![]()
Go beat on this thing already.
not yet i just got back from jawbone. shoot it might be faster if it put it on cds and mailed it to you school is keeping me pretty busy
What has your gas mileage been like after the switch from the street tires to the 255. I'm considering a similar switch. What were you getting before vs after?
Thanks in advance.
