4Running Daily's Build Thread

Took off my rear sway bar.
Rotated my tires.
Replaced my 5 month old slave cylinder with the help of two friends. Pretty productive day! Tomorrow I'll make her real nice and pretty and then post some pictures.

sorry to be off topic and idk if it's been covered yet, but do you have a build thread for that stumpy?!

I don't actually. Not yet. After Christmas I will be converting to 2x10 instead of 3x10. Then I will be developing a build. I love that bike though. Besides the fact that my gears are worn down after 2 years of hard riding.

What Yeti do you have?

Are you installing yourself?

Why'd you chose the Yukon over the ARB?

Yepp installing it myself.

And ARB is a little out of my price range. I paid exactly half of what an ARB would cost to get a brand new Yukon air locker. I've heard very good things about Yukon.

Just took my first peek at your build thread, every page, every post! You havedone great so far. I realy enjoy seeing the yungsters out there with respect for there ride! Ill be keeping an eye on this now, interested in how you like the yukon locker! Keep up the hard work! Maybe one day we can hit the S.A.R.T trail on the bikes followed with a run clarks grade to Big Bear!

Thanks for the kind words! This 4Runner is just so much fun, whether it's scaring people with my re****edly loud muffler, or beating on it off-road.
My poor mountain bike has been sitting in the garage lately...

Clay, Polish, Seal. Win.

Photo whoring like no else.

After dragging my trailer hitch through Deer Springs, it was time to flip it. A hacksaw and 20 minutes later I was good to go.

No power tools required. I used a silver sharpie and a hack saw. haha

Thanks for taking them time to look through the not exactly exciting portion of the build. The exciting part will be in the next few months!

Re-installed my front sway bar in preparation for my adventure tomorrow. Heading to Palm Springs but going through Anza Borrego to get there. Should be a long and fun day.
