I'm in the same boat as [MENTION=45105]4Runner8[/MENTION]. Just read through the entirety of this thread and I'm glad you're keeping it. (Of course, everything is for sale for the right price) Nice to see that it's been in the family for this long.

I've been busy with finals, just seeing this now! I appreciate the compliments! I really like this truck.
There are a couple things that need to be addressed soon though.
-LCA bushings
-Front wheel bearings
-Spindle gussets
-Fix my transmission trouble
-Hopefully sway bars back on.
-Panhard drop/lift
-New rear springs
I started with the easiest, the pan hard lift. The goal of this was to get the pan hard flat again after the lift, improving handling.

What's the transmission trouble you speak of?

I put my bumpstops on yesterday, you made the right call putting them on the front even if it was just due to ease of access. The LCA is too skinny in the rear for the bumpstops to sit comfortable on it since they are a good bit bigger than stock. I put the stock one back on the rear and the wheelers ones on the front.

Lots of trouble going in and out of gear. It's like my clutch isn't disengaging fully. But my clutch is only 30k miles old

Well I don't have anything to compare it to. I've been driving that Fiesta for the past 3 weeks, then when I got home I put the 4Runner on jack stands immediately haha. It feels pretty good though. Definitely helped and was worth the few hours of labor. I'm hoping I can get the sway bars to fit too, then it should be real nice.

Connor what Clutch kit did you decide to go with? It's time for me to do one and I think Im gonna go with LC's stage 2. Just curious. :hatsoff:

I saw you had trouble. That's a bummer. I have always had great luck with marlins stuff but that has all been 1st gen runner and 22r. For supercharger power I think the guys at LCE might be a "little" ahead. hehe

Ya LCE would be the way to go for you. I'll probably go OEM.
This clutch is a pain in the ass though, I'm really sick of doing things twice. I have some plans for the engine in the next couple years, I should be able to walk all over you, but we'll just have to wait and see

Alright, swapped from Toytec Superflexes to LC 8 Wraps and painted my beat Icons.

This is interesting because I was going to get a set of the super flexes. Right now with 37's the ass end is sagging. I'm thinking they are only 7 wraps right now and the Fox 2.0 with about 3in of lift to them. When I did Colorado I was just loaded to the max and it had nothing left at all. So yeah I'm going to go with something taller and stiffer.
What are the pro and cons of the Super Flex?
