I haven’t been able to find any information on this so far, but is anyone attempted to get an ARB Base Rack to fit onto a 4th Gen 4Runner yet? ARB doesn’t make a bracket kit for it, but it should doable with a bit of custom fab work, the sizes are somewhat close to the classic ARB racks.
I am thinking of trying this out myself, but am not sure which size Base Rack to use. I have a long road trip coming up later this year (ALCAN Highway trip) and want a solid rack for my overland/off-road use as well. An ARB class is )aluminum model) or a Gobi are the other options I am looking at.
Any thoughts?
