4th Gen Cold Air Intake CA Carb Compliant?

I have a 2004 4.7 with a K & N Cold Air Intake, just tried to get it smogged and found out they are not CA CARB compliant, I tried to search this topic with no results. Are there any CARB compliant Cold Air Intakes for the 4.7 4Runner or do any of you have the Factory Air Intake housing that I can buy from you, if you live in a state without our Air Nazi's?

4.7L V8 CARB Compliant CAI

I wrote a similar post about this, if anyone has the answer please make it known to the rest. There are a lot of websites for ordering parts that don't have all the right info posted and can be very misleading.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy one. The stock one is quite good as is.
