4th gen cross rails for roof rack on a 5th gen???

Hi guys, hoping someone will know the answer here. I'm wondering if the cross rails from a 4th gen truck will work on the roof rack of a 5th gen. They look the same but I'm wondering if anyone has tried/done it?

I have the 5th gen cross bars I took off of mine sitting in my garage if you'd like to buy them.

4th gen xbars won't fit 5th gen

Recently purchased a 2011 4R Ltd w/o xbars. I had intended to take the x bars from my 2004 4R but they don't fit. Purch new ones from my dealer for $180 including install.
