4th Gen Light Bars for LED Bars or Round Lights - NM

Howdy,

Any chance you have 2 light bar mounts left? I'm trying to install the 30" LED in the grill of my 2006. I was told you are the man to speak to. If no, any recommendations on where to go or who to talk to?

Still here and building mounts! What style are you looking for? And am I understanding right, you want two sets?

was looking at the flush mount for my 2006 4runner. I found it on a thread for a 30" light bar. Based on your site, it seems like they fit a 32" light bar. Also if I get the package, which wiring harness and light bar come with the mounts?

Yes the Flush mounts are still very popular. I actually just sold out of those but I am taking more to powder by Friday, so they will be ready in a week.

I am a dealer for Cali Raised LED and they just got some awesome new 5D 300 watt LEDs in that are crazy bright. They all come with free shipping, and a free generic wiring harness. The switch on the harness leaves a little bit to be desired, a lot of people replace the switch with something from Mic Tuning or OTRATTW. But hey what can you expect from a free harness and I think it's a cool add on that Cali Raised provides.

As far as the size, the mounts are 32" apart. You have to be careful with how LEDs are labeled. Some measure the mounting positions, some just the lens, some include the generic mounting brackets... It is 32" front the mounting points where the bolts go in. For example Rigids 30" E-Series is 32" mounting width. The Cali Raised LEDs are a perfect fit and they are great LEDs!
 
Got a few sets on the shelf of Stealth and Flush mounts. Also building up a few more sets this week. If anyone has a question please let me know!!!
 
I am very interested in a mount.

Stealth leaves it behind the grille? And flush brings it up and you remove the grille, leaving the bar exposed?

You have it correct. On the Flush mounts you have to cut the fins out of the lower grill, so keepmtgat in mind as they cannot be replaced once cut. I know a few years of the 4th gens that is a separate part, but I am not exactly sure what years. Either way, if you do a Flush just understand there is a small amount of trimming. It's easy to do, but the cutting is there!

You won't notice much light output difference. If you want to get technical about it, I am sure you are losing a percentage. You can see the grill blocking light in other peeps pics. I think it really comes down to your preference of how it looks. I mounted my bar so the corners almost met the front of the bumber. (about 3/16 back) I loved the look. I also wanted to keep it clean. I ended up removing all of the grill and leaving the trim and snapped it back in to make it look factory-ish. the top portion looked really thin near the plate tabs, so I beefed it up with a little plastic jb weld compound. I never turned back.

Thanks! I have a 05 so cutting is required. Might go with the Stealth for added security. Unless i find actual light output photos

A buddy of mine got me an led light bar, would these mounts fit most bars?
